Berlin Language and Politics Program

Program Eligibility

Candidates for the Berlin Language and Politics Program must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Enrolled student status at a U.S. university or college
• 19–30 years of age
• Minimum of one year of post-secondary education in or related to one of the following fields: political science, international relations, history, German, European studies, law, social sciences, liberal arts
• Specific studies and/or professional experience (summer employment, prior internship, lab position, etc.) related to politics or German policy issues. Experience does not need to be extensive, but is required
• Evidence of strong professional and academic achievement is strongly recommended
