CDS endeavors to strengthen global cooperation through a variety of special projects. They consist of, but are not limited to, the administration of grant programs sponsored by the U.S. Department of State in conjunction with CDS’ international partners, new energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, and participant contests designed to increase cross-cultural awareness and understanding. Special projects reach a variety of audiences including young professionals, students, educators, and business and government representatives.
US-Beligum Cultural Crossing fosters the exchange of best practices between immigration specialists in Belgium and the United States.
integrationXchange is designed for professionals and volunteers in New York and Hamburg who work in organizations or public agencies and institutions that represent and/or serve immigrant communities.
