Cultural Insurance Services International (CISI) offers comprehensive medical illness and accident insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies and some dental coverage. A detailed account of this plan is included in CISI's World Class Coverage Plan.

CISI Fees

The insurance fee is $40 per month. All insurance fees must be paid in full before CDS will issue form DS-2019. This fee is subject to change. In the event of a rate increase, CDS will notify applicants.
