The USA Internship Program gives students and young professionals from around the world the opportunity to intern/train in the United States on a J-1 visa. Programs may last from 6 weeks to 18 months. They are designed to promote professional development and cross-cultural understanding.

In addition to J-1 visa assistance, the USA Internship Program provides:

  • Arrival assistance to the United States, including information on housing, transportation, culture, and the American workplace;
  • Help obtaining a Social Security Number, the number needed for tax and identification purposes;
  • Networking opportunities and cultural events, including tours, sporting events, and networking receptions held in major cities throughout the U.S., as well as networking opportunities through our social media groups;
  • Support throughout your program. Questions related to your visa, internship, cultural misunderstandings, or anything else? We’re here to help you. We also have a toll-free emergency hotline, available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, for any crises.
