Photo and Video Contests

Show off your creative talents in one of the CDS sponsored photo/video contests currently taking place!

• The Abroadcast video contest is your chance to star in your own short film about living and working abroad. Entries can be scripted masterpieces, spur of the moment phone clips, or music videos and is open to all CDS participants.


• The Beyond My America photo contest expresses the experiences CDS participants had while working in Argentina, Germany, Russia, and Spain. Inspire us with a photo collection of the images that made up your life.


• The My America photo contest challenges CDS participants on the J-1 visa to creatively express their thoughts, feelings, and impressions of the United States through a 7 to 10 picture photo essay.

Winners in each contest will be awarded travel-tastic prizes and will also be featured in CDS promotional materials. Submissions are currently being accepted to all contests. Visit the each contests’ page for more information.
