  accomodation costs during study portion
  of the program.

Participant:

• Personal expenses (€5000, i.e. €4000 + cost
  of a car)
• Active involvement in search for internship
  position
• Consistent communication with
  program administrators

CDS:

• Orientation seminar in New York
• Travel arrangements
• School and housing arrangements
• Program evaluation seminar in Washington, DC

• Participant selection and orientation seminars in Germany
• Travel arrangements
• Program evaluation seminars in Germany
