Evan Kerrigan
Assistant Program Officer, International Co-op Programs

Originally from a sleepy hamlet outside of Philadelphia, Evan first embarked on his exploration of the world through a high school exchange program that carried him to France. He received a BA in both Politics and French from New York University, and spent a year studying abroad in Paris, attending classes at the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). Lured back to New York by the necessity of graduation ― and by the promise of a bagel with lox and cream cheese ― he joined CDS International in May 2006 and currently resides in Brooklyn.

Roxana Pleacoff
Program Officer, International Co-op Programs

Roxana joined CDS in early 2000. Originally from Romania, she has lived in Germany and is now an American citizen. Roxana has a BA in Philosophy and English from York College, CUNY (City University of New York). Before coming to CDS, she was an elementary school teacher. In addition to English and German, Roxana speaks Romanian and French. Outside of her work at CDS, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Katherine Sandiford
Assistant Program Officer, International Co-op Programs

Katy was born and raised near Chastain Park in Atlanta, Georgia. She became interested in studying French from an early age because her parents often hosted francophone friends through Friendship Force, a social exchange organization. Katy majored in French at Georgetown University and after a summer in Belgium and a brief tour in Tours, she was finally able to achieve her dream of studying abroad in Paris during her junior year. After graduation she worked at Meridian International Center in Washington, DC, where she organized professional exchange programs in conjunction with the Department of State. Following her wedding in August of 2005, she spent a year in Charlottesville, VA, where she worked at a local winery and continued developing her interest in wine. Katy moved to New York in September of 2006 and to her delight began working at CDS International shortly thereafter.
